Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with the melted butter until well combined.
  4. Layer half of the stuffing mixture on the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture over the stuffing layer.
  6. Top with the remaining stuffing mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and golden on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped celery or onion to the chicken mixture.
  • This casserole is great for leftovers and can be reheated easily.
