  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive brine
  • 2 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and olive brine until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with olives on top.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
