  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup curry powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta with bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and raisins.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix curry powder, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
