- 1 loaf Cuban bread
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded roast pork
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 tbsp butter
- Preheat a grill or panini press to medium heat.
- Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread mustard on both sides of the bread.
- Layer the turkey bacon, shredded pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
- Top with the other half of the bread and butter the outside.
- Grill the sandwich for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
- Adjust the amount of mustard to your taste.
