  • 4 cups sliced potatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain the fat.
  2. In the Crockpot, layer the sliced potatoes, onions, and browned beef.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the layers in the Crockpot.
