Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add the cooled potatoes and turkey bacon to the bowl, mixing gently.
  5. Stir in the green onions, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
