  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. In another bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, and any remaining spices.
