- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and salt to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.

- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings until the water has evaporated.
