  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and salt to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix the ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to form a dumpling.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add the dumplings and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  9. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam the dumplings until the water has evaporated.
  10. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes
