Crispy Egg Salad

A delicious and unique take on classic egg salad featuring crispy turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, celery, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Chop the eggs and add them to the mixture along with the cooked bacon and green onions.
  5. Mix gently until combined and serve on bread or lettuce.
