  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  5. Add rice and stir to coat.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and add thyme.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked.
