  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, alternating with sour cream until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture.
  8. Top with remaining batter and finish with the remaining cinnamon mixture.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
