  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
