  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green onions, cheese, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the egg roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
