  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, cooked rice, cheese, taco seasoning, bell pepper, and onion.
  3. Mix until well combined and spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
