- 2 slices of bread
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer grilled chicken, mashed avocado, and cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
- Place in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until melted and golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
