Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a layer of alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle and fill it with the chicken mixture, then roll it up and place it seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Top the rolls with remaining alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
