Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture on each lasagna noodle and roll them up.
  5. Arrange the rolled noodles in the baking dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
