Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes and smoked sausage.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage, tossing to coat evenly.
