  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, and all seasonings.
  3. Mix well and pour into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese and frozen peas.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
