Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned.
  3. Add chicken broth, macaroni, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat; cover and simmer until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in milk and cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Crumble turkey bacon on top before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots for added nutrition.
