  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add chicken broth to the pan and let it simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
