- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add diced apples, then top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before drizzling with caramel sauce.
