- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, warm
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pastry cream
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add warm milk and mix until combined.
- Add eggs and melted butter, knead until the dough is smooth.
