Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper; stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to coat. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
