Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the wedges and return to the oven.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve immediately.
