- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
