  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti and meat sauce to the cream cheese mixture, then stir until well combined.
