- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until tender.
